  • -Job Summary: As the Receptionist/Admin Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Future Pay, providing excellent customer service and administrative support
  • - Your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist visitors, answer and transfer phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • - Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management:
  • - Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanour
  • -
  • - Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
  • -
  • - Maintain a tidy and organized lobby space
  • - Phone Handling:
  • - Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • -
  • - Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate personnel
  • -
  • - Provide information to callers or direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • - Visitor Assistance:
  • - Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information
  • -
  • - Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures
  • -
  • - Ensure visitors are comfortable while waiting and notify relevant parties of their arrival
  • - Administrative Support:
  • - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
  • -
  • - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • -
  • - Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • - Communication:
  • - Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts
  • -
  • - Relay messages and information accurately and promptly
  • - Office Supplies and Equipment:
  • - Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
  • -
  • - Report any issues with office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance
  • - Record-Keeping:
  • - Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and appointments

  • - Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • - Team Collaboration:
  • - Collaborate with colleagues to support various office functions

  • - Assist other departments as needed and directed
  • - Qualification and Requirements
  • - A minimum of HND or B
  • -Sc in any Social Sciences
  • - Proven experience in a receptionist or admin officer role is desirable
  • -
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • -
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • -
  • - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
