- Build strong relation with the customers
- Activate & Onboard new joiners to the App
- Execute defined Hypercare plan for all new joiners
- Daily coverage (Remote & Physical) of customers within assigned area
- Visit customers to resolve issues requiring physical support
- Responsible for optimizing customer performance to drive and increase the overall objectives (Active, Response and Success rates)
- Collect customer feedback
- Recommends initiatives and changes to improve quality of service for the unit

Not less than 1 year post NYSC experience
