- Lead all internal and external HR related requests - Develop and lead implementation of HR strategy - Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. - Lead the the staff needs assessment, staff recruitment, and onboarding - Manage employee relations - Oversee the staff performance management process - Oversee the completion of staff compensation and benefit documentation - Coordinate training sessions and seminars. - Lead the orientation exercise and update records of new staff. - Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
