  • -Job Responsibilities: Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Responding to emails using different platforms Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • - Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • - Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise

  • -Requirements: BSc
  • - in related disciplines
  • - Must not be more than 30 years old
  • - Excellent spoken English with impressive interpersonal skills
  • - Proficiency with the use of computer
  • - Fluency in either languages like English, yoruba, igbo, hausa & french
  • - Must reside within Gbagada, Lagos and it's environment
