-The role holder is responsible for Developing business and impact metrics typical to marketplaces and SaaS and make relevant to track business and impact performance

- Able to track changes in business and impact metrics with the strong capacity to derive insights and communicate actionable points to management
- Strong capacity to create excellent PowerPoint presentations to management, investors and donors highlighting key growth areas and achievements, areas for improvement and opportunities to unlock new value- including specific SMART actions for management to take
- Strong problem and metrics structuring, development, measuring, tracking, variance assessment, data analysis, writing, reporting and communication skills
- Must be the numbers person providing insights and actionable recommendations to management to help address investor, business, donor questions that help guide ROI, Operational and Impact decisions

we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements

- First degree in any related field or similar experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in data analytics in the marketplace and SaaS industry
- Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Tableau, SQL, R and other data analytic tools in creating detailed reports and presentations for the purpose of synthesizing insights from data and making improvements to enhance business
