• -Handle many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
• - Listen to customers needs or issues and provide helpful solutions to their problems
• - Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and direct customers to branch representatives/units when need to
• - Handle and record transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and opening and closing of accounts
• - Provide account information, and answer questions about bank policies and banking products
• -  Log checks, prepare transaction reports, Count and package currency, reconcile cash drawers, open new accounts
