Handle many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers. Listen to customers needs or issues and provide helpful solutions to their problems. Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and direct customers to branch representatives/units when need to. Handle and record transactions for customers, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and opening and closing of accounts. Provide account information, and answer questions about bank policies and banking products. Log checks, prepare transaction reports, Count and package currency, reconcile cash drawers, open new accounts.
