JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Degree in Management, Administration or other business/personnel-related courses
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Human Resources/Administration
- Good shop floor management and superb interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good with Human Resources metrics
- Proficient in MS office and HR Software
- Candidates within Lekki, Lagos Island are preferable

we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements
- Minimum of HND or First Degree in Human Resources or a related Social Science discipline

At least 2 years post-qualification experience as an HR

Intelligent, self-driven and creative problem solver

An MBA or master’s degree in a relevant discipline would be an added advantage

Thorough working knowledge of the Nigeria Labour Laws

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Strong analysis with excel is required)
Excellent communication and people skills
