• -To assume responsibility for ensuring 24/7 ATM/POS uptime
• - To assume responsibility for ensuring data integrity of Postilion FEP and post office databases
• - To coordinate FEP/Postilion Office Configuration
• -To ensure ATM/POS issues are minimized
• - To ensure constant availability of ATM/POS processors (FEP,ATM Interface, Cards interface)
• -To ensure prompt resolution of issues with ATM/POS and cards interfaces
• - To ensure specialist products or deliverables for all E-channels projects and delivered timely and according to defined standards and specification
• -To ensure the smooth integration of E-channels products/services to banking application and ATM/POS processors
• - To ensure the smooth integration of micro-finance channels
