-Job Purpose
To effectively execute brand building, market research, consumer engagement and events plans, involving direct consumer contact for the purpose of achieving PM Brands’ commercial objectives

To build consumer marketing plans that will drive Share of Market (SOM), In-Market Sales (IMS), Adult Smokers Share growth and positive “word of mouth” effect for PM Brands in the assigned territory
To support the development of channels through demand-generation activities for PM brands
To enhance understanding of the local consumers, and consumer touchpoints and share insights and competitive reports
To drive the growth of PM brands’ smoker base
What you will do
- Responsible for delivering Marketing Code C4 Training to all employees and third-party staff
- Deliver creative marketing campaigns support
- Design communications plans for the trade and consumer engagement team
- Perform field visits (day and night) at LAMPS & POS across the regions where we have distribution
- Managing Third Party Creative and Marketing Agencies
- Share consumer data reports, provide insights and competitive reports
- Responsible for coordinating all BBE Agency expenses, ensuring the requisition, accruals and budget management processes are in place and on-time
- Reports: Weekly report, Smoker Share Analysis, Trend analysis, competitive activities, SKU performance Analysis, Ad hoc reports from Field Visits
- Brand Board – Ensure the office brand board is up to date
- Collate all consumer engagement data and develop actionable insights from them
- Coordinate the monthly pricing update with the business planning unit
- Research – Coordinate all field visits study (involving consumers and touchpoints)
- Brand Performance – Use the Sales Report to develop plans on how to improve the performance of the brands within territories
- Coordinate the Design Agencies and ensure that they are up to date with design trends in the tobacco industry
- Have a pool of all premiums that are used by competition in the regions
- Brand Knowledge – Must understand how to build a brand, develop brand essence and deliver executions that fit the brand
Basic Skills & Competencies
- Use of Photoshop or Editing tools
- Knowledge of how to build and position a brand
- Research and Consumer Insights generation understanding
- Previous Experience in developing communications materials, e
-g CI manuals, Brand Toolkits is a plus
- Deft in ideation and cascading ideas into actionable and execution plans
- Creative thinking and content creation skills are important
- Keen attention to detail and comfortable with data analysis and interpretation is key
- Master of CRM tools, understands how to engage with consumers digitally is of utmost importance
- Agile, ideas-generator with a growth mindset, a good collaborator and team player
- Knowledge of social listening applications and project management software is key
- PC - Intermediate/Advanced user: Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to Detail, Project management, Stakeholder management, proficient use of Excel, data analytics & effective communication skills (written and oral English)
