Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to identify their spare parts needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain knowledge of current products, pricing, and availability
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities
- Collaborate with other sales team members and support staff to achieve sales goals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Costing of parts and invoices
Qualifications:
- Experience in the trucking industry and knowledge of truck spare parts
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to do costings of parts and invoices
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to customer's location as needed
