• -We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our multi-brand dealership company
• - As our current IT Manager is resigning, we are looking for a knowledgeable professional who can effectively manage our servers, oversee all aspects of IT, handle internet-related operations, and demonstrate expertise in the SAGE program
• - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, be trustworthy and reputable, and possess at least 7 years of experience as an IT Manager

• - Manage the company's servers, ensuring their smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization
• - 2
• - Oversee and coordinate all aspects of IT, including hardware, software, networking, and telecommunications systems
• - 3
• - Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and security
• - 4
• - Monitor and maintain the integrity of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place
• - 5
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and provide technical support and guidance
• - 6
• - Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies, tools, and systems to improve operational efficiency
• - 7
• - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop measures to mitigate risks
• - 8
• - Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• - 9
• - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost optimization
• - 10
• - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, proactively suggesting innovative solutions to enhance business operations
• - Key Requirements: 1
• - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• - Proven experience of at least 7 years as an IT Manager, preferably in a multi-brand dealership or similar environment

• - Proficiency in the SAGE program and other relevant software and systems
• - 4
• - Strong knowledge of server management, networking, and telecommunications systems
• - 5
• - Expertise in IT security principles and practices, including data privacy and protection
• - 6
• - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration and professional development
• - 7
• - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• - Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT projects within budget and time constraints
• - 10
• - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable but not mandatory
