  • -Workforce group on behalf of its client, a heavy equipment manufacturer who is seeking to hire for the role below Designation: Head of Sales - Mineral Technologies Location: Lagos Mainland Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in sales of Asphalt Plants Crushers and Quarry Equipment Educational Background: Degree/Master in Engineering Job Requirements:  Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering or related field  At least 5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment, specifically pavers, compactors, crushers, or similar equipment from manufacturers such as WIRTGEN GROUP, INGERSOLL RAND COMPRESSOR, everdigm, Fiori, or similar manufacturers  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth  Strong technical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment and machinery, specifically in the areas of pavers, compactors, and crushers  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Willingness to travel as required  Must have a client list already  Must have worked in any of the equipment manufacturing companies in Nigeria
  • - Key Responsibilities:  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including expanding the customer base and increasing sales to existing customers  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the equipment  Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including answering questions and providing advice on the best equipment for their needs  Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers, negotiating terms and pricing as necessary  Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and success  Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
