To provide administrative support to the office of the Corporate Affairs Director and the Corporate Affairs team to achieve the function’s core purpose and deliverables

Job Requirement
we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements
-A Minimum of 3 years of corporate communication or corporate affairs experience

Minimum of 3 FMs with no disciplinary cases in the last year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good command of spoken and written English

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent organizational and teaming skills

- Excellent Interpersonal and time management skills

- Excellent use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Responsibility for the coordinating and updating of all Functional Reports including CA Activities Cycle Plan, Functional Updates, Departmental Budget and Annual Plan

- General correspondence to Stakeholders (Internal & External)

- Global Coordination of Corporate Affairs events and Community Programs
- Preparing and presenting Functional updates and reports using PowerPoint and Executive reports
