Job Requirement
we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements
-They need to have a minimum of three (3) years of applicable experience in HR, particularly in Learning & Development
- Practical proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is essential, along with a strong understanding of e-learning platforms and methods
- Additionally, the candidate should possess experience in project management and budgeting
- Being an associate member of professional organizations like the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, SHRM, or HRCI is considered a valuable advantage
