--Responsible for making the order based on the PO/ document shared by the sales team for the factory and sending it to the factory in charge after MD approval

-Coordinate with the Head of Logistics on confirmation of dispatch and communicate to the customer in writing about the delivery

-Track salesman-wise and customer-wise sales (product and Value) and submit weekly reports to the sales head and MD for review every Monday morning
-
-Prepare the debtor's review report every Friday evening and confirm with Head Sales to send to MD
-Arrange for sales kit for all sales members including presentation, specification sheet, and sample rolls based on approval from the sales head & track the sample status report with value

-Help in getting the annual sales budget made for the annual presentation
-
-Confirmation to the sales team about the order status with dispatch dates and payment collection every week and update in case of urgency

-Make sure the invoice is submitted to the customer on time and receive the confirmation/acceptance copy for record and maintain the same

-Handling the order and supply for Coscharis Group company and maintaining the outstanding statement
-Sending Outstanding statements to customers every 15 days via email with the coordination with the Head of Accounts

-Brochure and exhibition set up and coordination

- A master's degree is mandatory
