Description

  • -The job holder will be responsible for all Administrative and Security functions
  • - Responsible for the overall security of the factory premises
  • - Responsible for any personal dispute among the workforce to be resolved and take necessary actions
  • - Oversee the Company Drivers and official vehicles
  • - Handling the host community's interference in company matters
  • - Responsible for Company truck maintenance/servicing periodically and maintaining logbooks per vehicle to track the cost of maintenance per vehicle
  • - Responsible for Security service performance and activities
  • - Responsible for attaining all the official/gov lesioning work for the company related to local govt Ogun estate
  • - Responsible for diesel supply and receivable for the company and maintained the logbook for time and lit purchased
  • - Responsible for NEPA refilling, connection and regularization Responsible for the Police dealing in case of emergency
  • - Responsible for Attendance reports of workers and all staff coming to Factory at Shagamu and sending reports on month end to Head HR, highlighting in case of any anomaly
